Whitemoor Allotments Image Rotator

Shop

The Whitemoor Allotments shop is open Saturday mornings from 10:00 am to 12:30 in the summer, and the main gates are left open during this time.

This year (2016-2017) the shop is under new management.  The main shopkeepers are part of the shop sub-committee and they   serve every Saturday along with other volunteers from members of the association, on a rota basis.

Association members can buy fertilisers, seeds, compost bags, canes and a variety of other items.   Eggs from the Chicken cooperative are on sale, as available.

Wood chippings (free) are available to members in both car parks at any time.  Leaf mould (free) is available from the compound by the car park, which is open during shop hours.

Donations of plant pots and wood are sometimes available to share, but please ask in the shop before removing items.

Hilary

Friends from other allotment associations and local gardeners can come and buy from the shop as well.

Seed potatoes are sold in the spring – get your orders in – as well as onions and shallotts.

Potato order sheets and information sheets will be available in the shop in season.

Orders will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Check the board in the shop to see which varieties are still available.
