We are due to have our annual inspection by the City Council very soon.
Therefore we will be having our own site inspection sometime in the first week of August.
Please note that it will be possible to be evicted as a result of failing this inspection.
• Hedges must be cut to the right size – no higher than 5ft 8 and no lower than 4 foot.
• Hedge bottoms must be cleared.
• There must be an obvious amount of cultivation and no rubbish.
Please note – last year the City Council were concerned about a number of apparently unsafe buildings. If your building is falling down and you are unable to deal with it please mention it at the shop in order for us to try and find a solution for you.
