Our AGM on 27/02/19
The Annual General Meeting of Whitemoor Garden Holders Association will take place on Wednesday 27th of February at 7.30pm at The Plough Inn, 17 St Peters Street, Nottingham NG7 3EN
The Agenda will include:
- Welcome and Apologies for absence
- Minutes of previous AGM
- Chair’s report
- Presentation by the Legal Sub-group
- Financial report
- Election of committee
If you are interested in standing as an officer or becoming a member of the Committee please can you let us know by Monday 25th February by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or popping into the shop on a Saturday morning and giving your details to the shop volunteer.
If you would like any items added to the Agenda please let me know the same way by the 25th February.
A vegetarian buffet will be provided but if you would like to bring something to share that would be very welcome.
ALSO attached to this email (dated 02/02/19) are documents from the Legal Sub-group about proposed changes to the way Whitemoor Allotments are run. There is a covering letter from Rachel Palfreyman who is the sub-group’s representative on the Committee.
